The Atrium hall

A spacious and extremely adaptable reception and exhibition area, the Atrium is located in the center of the hotel on the third floor. It is a superior venue for large cocktail receptions, company or product presentations, fashion shows, art exhibitions and social events.

Further, the Atrium provides versatile surroundings for sit-down dinners for up to 200 persons or cocktail receptions for up to 300 persons.

Wladimir I & II

Located on the first floor, the Wladimir conference and banquet rooms feature modern technical equipment such as simultaneous translation devices for up to 180 persons. The two rooms can be combined for larger events or separated into two equal parts by a soundproof partition.

The 84 square meter foyer in front of the Wladimir rooms can be used for coffee breaks, registration and exhibitions.

Jaroslawl

Located on the first floor, the Jaroslawl room is ideal for press conferences, receptions, and a variety of social events for up to 70 persons. Large arched windows provide ample daylight.

The Hotel Baltschug Kempinski's Library is renowned for its spectacular view of Red Square and the Kremlin from the hotel's eighth floor. For private dinners and receptions, business meetings and presentations for up to 60 persons there's no place quite like it. Additional features include a private terrace and bar as well as attached restrooms. For certain events the intimate lounge area in front of the Library may be made available.

The Baltschug's Rondell room is a small private area on the first floor adjoining Bar Baltschug. Featuring an unforgettable view of the Moskva River, Red Square and the Kremlin, the Rondell is ideal for intimate gatherings of up to 12 persons.
